1. Boats that are longer than the slip must be approved by management and will be charged extra per foot.
2. Wide beam boats will be charged a flat $100.00 extra.
3. I/O, Outboards, Bow Pulpits and Swim Platforms are considered in the length of the boat.
4. $200.00 deposit is due by March 15, 2008 with the balance due before the slip is occupied.
5. No slip is reserved until the contract is returned complete and accepted.
6. If your boat is smaller than the legnth of the slip, the cost will be based on the actual slip length.
7. Slip renters will have use of the launch ramp at National Marine at no charge.
